Position Overview
Wheelers is in search of customer service agents to specialize in the reservation booking process and customer service center. Our agents are the heart of our business having first contact with our customers. Customer service agents are there to assist our community with any questions and try to fulfill their mobility needs. We are in search of someone who can show compassion and understanding toward the handicapped community.
Responsibilities
Our agents are here to answer any and all questions the customers may have. Being able to make a reservation to best suit the needs of our clients and work as a team to communicate their travel requests.
