Customer Reviews

“I’ve spent nine days of the most memorable time in Oahu. I’m confined to a wheelchair and main reason I was able to have such a memorable time is because I was able to get around the island with such a ease and comfort. Thanks to the accessible mini van from Wheelers Van Rentals of Hawaii! Jordan and Jennifer from the Wheelers Van went out of their way to make sure my needs are met. Rental price was fantastic too! The van was a new converted Sienna Toyota and it was awesome! I will always remember them for their compassion and kindness!”

-Don Lee

“We rented a van both on Oahu and then on Maui because our daughter uses a wheelchair. The entire process was so easy from booking to pick-up and drop-off at the airports. Jordan and Linda were extremely helpful and friendly. Having the wheelchair accessible vans made our vacation SO much better!”

We rented a van and because of an illness, had to postpone our trip for 6 months. Jordan was amazing in letting us move our trip. He was great with communication. Linda is the person that took care of us on Maui. She was incredible. We feel like we made a friend!

About Hawaii

Hawaii is the westernmost state in the United States. It is located 2,000 miles off of the continental United States in the Pacific Ocean. The state is the only state that is an archipelago, made up of eight main islands; Niʻihau, Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi, Kahoʻolawe, Maui, and Hawaiʻi. To avoid confusion, the island of Hawai’i is often referred to as “the Big Island” or Hawai’i Island” to differentiate it from the state as a whole. Of the 50 states, Hawaii is the youngest, having joined on August 21, 1959. As of the 2020 census Hawaii is the 11th-least populous state and the eighth smallest. Tourism is a large part of Hawaii’s economy. Hawaii is known for its beautiful beaches, warm weather, crystal blue waters, and amazing sunsets. But there’s much more to this archipelago that visitors come to see – from its active volcanoes to its stunning waterfalls to its traditional luau feasts. The state has a system of highways that provide the main source of transportation around each island. To travel between islands, visitors have the option to take ferries, private boats, and airplanes.
